Advance HE fellowship demonstrates a commitment to professionalism and provides recognition of practice, impact and leadership in teaching and learning. Fellowships are awarded based on evidence of personal professional practice that meets the requirements of the Professional Standards Framework 2023 (PSF 2023).
The Nancy Millis mentoring program was developed to ensure that a bequest to the society by Professor Millis was used in a way that would have met with her approval.
This project aims to enhance science communication skills in students by integrating Wikipedia-based assessments and AI literacy into the curriculum. This approach fosters collaborative learning, peer engagement, and the development of clear, accurate, and accessible scientific content.

In this project, currently supported by the Microbiology Society UK, we have been developing resources for nurses and other healthcare workers to support the work they do in addressing infection prevention and control and enhancing awareness of AMR.
